Aanstaande zaterdag 3 april is het dan eindelijk zover: de zeventiende editie van Trance Energy in de Utrechtse Jaarbeurs. Hieronder vind je de laatste eventinfo.

Openbaar vervoer

Er is natuurlijk een grote kans dat het druk wordt op de wegen. Hier volgen enkele alternatieve routes:

Parkeren volg P1/P2/P4

Munten
Munten kunnen worden betaald met een pinpas en/of contant geld. Er zijn twee pinautomaten in de jaarbeurs aanwezig.

Lockers
Er zijn lockerboxen in de Jaarbeurs. Hou er rekening mee dat als je eenmaal binnen bent, je niet meer terug mag naar je locker!

Zero tolerance
Tijdens Trance Energy hanteert de overheid het zogenaamde zero tolerance beleid; dit betekent dat harddrugs en softdrugs niet zijn toegestaan. Bij het aantreffen van drugs wordt je overgedragen aan de politie en zal je de toegang tot het evenement worden ontzegt.

Identificatie
Identificatie is verplicht. Houd er rekening mee dat hiernaar gevraagd kan worden. Paspoort, Nederlands rijbewijs of Nederlandse ID kaart. 

Merchandise
Aanstaande zaterdag wordt naast een nieuwe Trance Energy kleding collectie ook de cd Trance Energy 2010 verkocht, gemixd en samengesteld door Sander van Doorn. Verwacht de grootste tracks van dit moment en de hits van morgen, met bovendien natuurlijk het anthem van dit jaar ‘Renegade’. Dit album kan (deels) met munten betaald worden. Bestel hem hier!

Entree mainstage
Om opstoppingen bij de entree van hal 1 te voorkomen wordt er dit jaar voor het eerst met een buffersysteem gewerkt. Hierbij worden op twee punten barriers met hekjes geplaatst waar de bezoekers doorheen worden geleid. Op deze manier kan de toestroom beter worden gecontroleerd en bestaat er minder kans dat de mainstage helemaal moet worden afgesloten vanwege de drukte. Want dat willen we geen van allen! Mocht het toch nodig zijn de zaal af te sluiten, dan worden eventuele wachttijden duidelijk gecommuniceerd. We proberen deze natuurlijk tot het absolute minimum te beperken.

Tenslotte: Trance Energy wordt een geweldig feest, waar een groot aantal bezoekers samen een nacht lang feesten, en na afloop samen naar huis gaan. Zorg een beetje voor elkaar en geniet!

It’s finally here: next Saturday, April 3rd, is the 17th edition of Trance Energy! Here is the latest event info.

Train information
Check www.9292ov.nl for train information. The Dutch Railways will have extra trains in service on Sunday morning. The Jaarbeurs (event location) is situated a few minutes away from the Utrecht central station and you can walk to and from the Jaarbeurs and the station. Route directions will be present. 

By car
Check here for general directions. Of course there is a good chance that the roads will be busy. Here are some alternative routes:

From the A2 motorway: exit 7, onto the N230 ➔ exit Oud Zuilen ➔ follow Swesenseseweg, turn right at the 1st traffic light ➔ 1st left➔ follow Amsterdamse Straatweg until the end; at the roundabout turn right ➔ Daalse tunnel; turn right at the traffic light, then left at the 2nd traffic light ➔ Croeselaan ➔ Jaarbeurs.

Take the Rijnsweerd exit on the A27/A28 motorway➔ turn left onto Waterlinieweg ➔ exit marked ‘stadion’ ➔ turn right onto Rubenslaan ➔ turn left onto Albatrosstraat. Turn right onto Vondellaan ➔ turn right onto Croeselaan ➔ Jaarbeurs.

From the A27 motorway: exit marked ‘Maarssen/Groenekan’ ➔ turn right at the roundabout onto Albert Schweitzerdreef ➔ turn left onto Einsteindreef ➔ turn left onto Amsterdamse Straatweg until the end; at the roundabout turn right ➔ Daalse tunnel; turn right at the traffic light, then left at the 2nd traffic light ➔ Croeselaan ➔ Jaarbeurs.

Tokens
You can pay for drink and food tokens using your debit card or paying with cash money (Euro's). There are two ATMs in the Jaarbeurs.

Lockers
There are lockers in the Jaarbeurs, but remember that once you are inside you are not allowed to go back to get items from your locker!

Zero Tolerance
During Trance Energy the Dutch government will be enforcing a ‘zero tolerance’ policy. This means that hard drugs and soft drugs are not allowed. We advise you not to take drugs with you. If you are found with drugs you will be turned over to the police and refused entrance to the event.

ID
You are required to have ID with you and you may be asked to show it. You must be over 18 years at the time of the event to enter the Jaarbeurs. ID is passports, ID cards and EU driver's licenses.

Merchandise
Next Saturday, in addition to a new Trance Energy clothing collection, we will also be selling the Trance Energy 2010 CD.
This year the man of the moment SANDER VAN DOORN was asked to mix the TRANCE ENERGY compilation. You can expect the biggest tracks of this moment, hits of tomorrow and of course the official Trance Energy anthem called "Renegade" on one special mix.

Main stage entrance
To avoid public traffic jams in Area 1 like last year, we have decided to control crowd regulations via special measuring gates. This way we can check how many people are entering and leaving the Main Stage so it will not get overcrowded when certain artist are performing.
If it does get to busy we will have to close Area 1, but we will communicate this sufficiently and will install waiting times. As you can understand we will keep this to a minimum!

Finally: Trance Energy is going to be a great party where a lot of visitors are going to party all night long and then go home together. So please take care of each other. And have a great time!

The organization has to maintain a Zero Tolerance policy: neither hard- nor softdrugs will be tolerated.

If you get caught carrying soft- or hard drugs you will be handed over to the police and you will no longer be allowed in at the venue.

Identification is sufficient.

Food and beverage in the Jaarbeurs have to be paid by tokens.
These tokens are available at selected sales points and can be paid for both in cash and through ATM machine.
The price of one token is €2,50 (no other valuta allowed) 
Tokens can buy you drinks and food (mercandise only cash or Debit card).
Tokens that are left over at the end of the evening are non-refundable. 

There will be sufficient lockers available to store your coats, bags, valuables etc.
After you have entered the venue you are not allowed to go back to your locker(s). Keep in mind to bring all you need into the venue!

 In order to maintain a constant safe environment we shall situate several gateways to control crowd movement.

 It's allowed to bring video and photographic equipment, only to be used for your own purposes. If you wish to bring professional media equipment you are required to send an email to press@id-t.com asking for press accreditation. In this email you must enlist which media you work for and for which purposes/media the Trance Energy content will be used/published.

 Entrance to Trance Energy requires you to be 18 and older at the time of the event. Identification shall be asked when in doubt. When you fail to meet this age minimum you will not have access to Trance Energy.

 Just as any other country in the EU, smoking is not allowed inside public spaces in Holland. Therefor we have created smoking rooms inside the Jaarbeurs venue. You are not allowed to smoke anywhere else in the venue besides the smoking areas. You do not have to go outside to smoke. 
Please not that only cigarettes are allowed.
