Where can I buy my tickets for ID&T events?You can buy a ticket at http://tickets.trance-energy.nl/
How does the website work when a lot of people want to buy a ticket?
There will be a queue system. The website will keep track of your position in the queue. When you push F5/refresh you will automatically be the last in line again, so please don’t refresh! With this system it’s ‘first come, first served’. The queue gives you no guarantee that you can buy a ticket, but it’s the fairest way.
Will there still be exclusive presales?
For some events we still have exclusive presales. If we have an exclusive presale for an event and it includes a presale for you, you will automatically get an email from us.
Can I already sign-in before sales start?
No, at this moment this is not possible. If you already have an account at Paylogic, you can use this one.
Who can I call if there’s something wrong with my reservation?
You can contact Paylogic at clientcare@paylogic.nl or you can contact the helpdesk at https://www.paylogic.nl/login.
I cannot use my Paylogic Account, what to do?
It can be possible that you forgot you password or that your password isn't valid anymore.
Please click "Forgot password" and you will receive a link where you can change your password.
When your account is unknown you will need to subscribe again.
